•Unique functional properties: antistatic, oil- and grease resistant, with excellent scratch and abrasion resistance (2 lbs, 200 cycles)
•Special delicate velvety or leather-like texture; matte level 2–3
•Excellent color rendering; prints remain vivid yet soft after lamination
Keyful BOPP-DF solves the “impossible triangle” of high-end packaging lamination: it must be fingerprint-resistant and leave no marks, scratch-resistant and show no damage, and have a velvet-like tactile feel. It achieves the integration of these three physical functions with a single-material PP base and a nano-micro-rough structure, rather than relying on multi-layer coating. The 18±2μm thickness ensures sharp die-cutting, the 75/126 MN/m² differential strength is suitable for deep folding of rigid boxes, and the >38 dyne/cm non-laminated surface allows 100% PUR glue wetting without white edges. We deliver not just “a roll of multi-functional film,” but a “Three-Proof Lamination Process Package” that can be integrated into your SOP: including a hot stamping temperature window chart, a recommended list of die-cutting tools, and free on-site support for your first order–ensuring that your premium pricing power truly comes from reproducible certainty on your production line.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
Keyful BOPP-DF is based on single-material PP simultaneous biaxial stretching, with a thickness of 18±2 μm (DIN 53370), MD/TD tensile strength of 75/126 MN/m², and a low heat shrinkage rate of only MD 1%/TD 0.5% (ASTM D1204). It allows for deep-crease box die-cutting without cracking or lifting. The surface utilizes a dual-gradient corona treatment + nano-micro-roughness coupling process, resulting in a non-laminated surface tension >38 dyne/cm, ensuring 100% wetting of PUR adhesives – truly achieving a “fingerprint-resistant, scratch-resistant, soft-touch” trifecta through physical properties, not coating layers. Therefore, scratch resistance passes the 2 lb/200 cycle ASTM D4060 test (scratch depth <0.8μm).
Its matte level is consistently maintained at 2–3 GU (ASTM D2457), and the velvety feel originates from structured micro-protrusions rather than the migration of slip agents, providing a touch akin to fine lambskin. The coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.23–0.29 (ASTM D1894), ensuring no slippage during high-speed lamination. An elongation at break of 148%/46% guarantees zero micro-cracking at the scoring lines of folding boxes – making it one of the few industrial-grade solutions among anti-fingerprint anti-scratch BOPP manufacturers capable of simultaneously delivering “end-product luxury” and “production line certainty.”
