Keyful Cellulose Anti-Finger Soft Touch Matt Film – CP-AFST-M, derived from reclaimed wood pulp, is certified for both industrial and home composting. Optimized surface tension and microstructure provide broad compatibility with printing processes, supporting Flexo, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing. It can also be used for high-end foil stamping and imaging, enhancing brand quality.
The material features high barrier properties, moisture and oil resistance, antistatic properties, and extremely high color fidelity. Its unique ultra-matte texture (2-3°) provides a suede-like soft touch while offering anti-fingerprint properties to maintain a clean surface. The thickness is 25±2 microns, the basis weight is 37.5±2 g/m², the tensile strength MD/TD is approximately 50/21 MN/m², the elongation at break is 16/40%, the sealing strength is 1.77 g(f)/25mm, the sealing range is 120-160°C, the oxygen permeability is 1.6 cc/m²·d, and the water vapor transmission rate is 20 g/m²·d. With a gloss/haze of 2-3 GU, it is suitable for high-end gift boxes, color boxes, handbags, book covers, and outer packaging, offering an integrated color printing-lamination solution. In single-layer packaging, labels, and laminated products, it achieves the combined value of “soft touch + high protection.”
