Scratch-resistant PET matte film is ideal for customized needs that prioritize appearance, durability, and batch consistency. It not only protects the printed layer, reducing scratches during transportation, display, and assembly, but also enhances the packaging’s perceived value with its consistent matte texture, giving gift boxes, book covers, labels, and flexible packaging a stronger brand presence at the point of sale. For printing houses, gift box manufacturers, and cosmetic and wine packaging companies, the core value of this type of scratch-resistant PET matte thermal lamination material lies in its ability to balance processing efficiency, finished product quality, and long-term durability, helping customers create more stable, higher-margin products.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
PET Anti-Scratch Matte Film (also known as Anti-Scratch Matte PET Film or Matte Anti-Scratch PET Film) is manufactured using a stable biaxially oriented stretching process, ensuring a balance of stiffness, flatness, and dimensional stability. Its matte surface is uniformly fine and delicate, with a haze level controlled at 4–5 GU. It features minimal crystal points and a premium texture. When laminated, it significantly enhances the layering and brand image of printed materials, making it particularly suitable for high-end gift boxes, book covers, luxury packaging, and other applications where visual appeal is paramount.
As a durable matte PET film, this material boasts excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, withstanding 1000 abrasion cycles under a 4lb load. It also exhibits moisture resistance, water resistance, oxidation resistance, grease resistance, and anti-static properties. Its stable surface tension makes it compatible with gravure, flexographic, offset, screen printing, and UV processes. It also supports high-end hot stamping, facilitating stable mass production and differentiated delivery for printing houses, gift box manufacturers, and customized packaging companies.
