PET Anti-Scratch Matte Film (also known as Anti-Scratch Matte PET Film or Matte Anti-Scratch PET Film) is manufactured using a stable biaxially oriented stretching process, ensuring a balance of stiffness, flatness, and dimensional stability. Its matte surface is uniformly fine and delicate, with a haze level controlled at 4–5 GU. It features minimal crystal points and a premium texture. When laminated, it significantly enhances the layering and brand image of printed materials, making it particularly suitable for high-end gift boxes, book covers, luxury packaging, and other applications where visual appeal is paramount.
As a durable matte PET film, this material boasts excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, withstanding 1000 abrasion cycles under a 4lb load. It also exhibits moisture resistance, water resistance, oxidation resistance, grease resistance, and anti-static properties.
