BOPP Anti-Finger Soft Touch Matt Film- Keyful BOPP-AFST-M
•Made from a single-material polypropylene using a biaxial stretching process.
•Printability: Stable surface tension. Compatible with Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing. Supports premium hot foil stamping to deliver a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic.
•Excellent barrier properties: resistant to moisture, water, and oxidation, with fold resistance .
•Functionality: Inherent anti-static properties and excellent resistance to oils and grease.
•Soft, velvety, and smooth texture with delicate feel; matte level 2-3
•Excellent color rendering; prints remain vivid yet soft after lamination
•Fingerprint-resistant; touch leaves no marks
Keyful BOPP-AFST-M is not “ordinary matte film with a tactile agent added,” but a closed-loop product based on single-material PP, manufactured through simultaneous stretching + dual-gradient corona treatment + nano-micro-roughening. It allows luxury packaging to maintain an ultra-matte finish of 1–2 GU while completely solving the three major delivery issues of fingerprint retention, hot stamping collapse, and die-cutting burrs. Its 75/126 MN/m² differentiated strength is suitable for deep folding of folding boxes and load-bearing of shopping bags. The >38 dyne/cm non-laminated surface ensures 100% PUR glue wetting, eliminating white edges. We deliver not just a roll of film, but a “soft-touch consistency process package” reproducible on your production line – including a parameter card, glue window diagram, die-cutting tool recommendations, and free on-site production assistance for your first order.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
Keyful BOPP-AFST-M utilizes a single-material PP simultaneous biaxial stretching process, with a thickness of 18±2 μm (DIN 53370), MD/TD tensile strength of 75/126 MN/m², and a low heat shrinkage rate of only MD 1%/TD 0.5% (100℃/10min). After lamination, it ensures sharp, non-whitening creases on boxes. The surface undergoes dual-gradient corona treatment, with the non-laminated side exceeding 38 dyne/cm, offering full compatibility with Flexo/Gravure/UV printing and high-precision hot stamping – truly achieving “soft touch without sacrificing print sharpness.”
It’s velvet matte finish (1–2 GU) originates from a nano-scale micro-rough structure, a non-coated physical construction, resulting in fingerprint resistance, a silky touch, oil resistance, and anti-static properties. The coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.23–0.29 (ASTM D1894), ensuring smooth running on machines without slippage. A breaking elongation of 148%/46% guarantees that deep-drawn boxes will not break during die-cutting, making it a process-controllable representative of high-end BOPP anti-fingerprint soft touch BOPP film.
