Keyful CPP-SP integrates a “geometric checkered texture + 3D emboss” into a single-material CPP structure. The checkered pattern is clear and striking, providing a more premium tactile feel. Combined with stable surface tension, it supports printing processes such as Flexo/Gravure/Offset/UV, and supports hot stamping and hot foil to enhance visual depth. With anti-static, oil and stain resistance, and abrasion resistance, it readily supports batch customization, enhancing product differentiation and stability in gift boxes, labels, and flexible packaging.

Keyful CPP-SP CPP Square Pattern Film is made from a single polypropylene (PP) material that has undergone biaxial stretching. This process creates a distinct square texture and a three-dimensional embossed appearance, making it ideal for enhancing the visual recognition and tactile experience of Square pattern CPP film.

Its stable surface tension ensures excellent compatibility with Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing. It can also accommodate premium hot foil stamping to create a more “high-end” geometric texture effect. The film possesses inherent antistatic properties and demonstrates good resistance to grease and oil stains, along with excellent abrasion resistance, fulfilling both the decorative and functional requirements of Square grid texture film.

    The texture is formed by the embossing process and structure of the film, providing a stable visual effect that is suitable for bulk packaging and continuation of the same series.

    It supports Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing. The stable surface wettability helps to enhance the layers and colors of the graphics.
