    Using a biaxially stretched substrate and controlling surface tension provides good printability. However, we still recommend conducting a small-scale test with your ink/printing plate and line speed for confirmation.

    It supports flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing, and is compatible with high-end hot stamping/heat transfer processes. Hot stamping sharpness depends on temperature, pressure, and foil type. We can assist with process window optimization.

    80μm is a range that balances stiffness and flexibility, facilitating lamination adhesion and stable embossing appearance. If you have specific requirements for stiffness/opening and closing performance, parameters can be further refined based on the finished product structure.

    The material has good abrasion resistance, and the surface texture is formed by structural embossing. We still recommend conducting an abrasion resistance assessment based on your transportation method. If necessary, we offer suggestions for thickening or formulation optimization.

    Antistatic properties help reduce dust attraction and electrostatic interference during the film formation process. Oil and stain resistance is more suitable for application scenarios requiring lasting appearance, such as gift boxes, bags, and flexible packaging.

    Bulk customization is possible (e.g., matching cutting dimensions and packaging composite requirements). Whether texture effects can be further customized depends on the mold and the solution. We recommend providing a target pattern/sample for comparison.
