The core of CPP brushed film lies in its “premium appearance + stable processing.” Biaxial stretching ensures consistent surface quality and reliable forming. The stable surface tension simplifies flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing. Combined with antistatic, oil and stain resistance, and abrasion resistance properties, it improves the mass production yield rate and finished product aesthetics of gift boxes, labels, and flexible packaging. Suitable for packaging customization and lamination applications that demand attention to detail and texture.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
Keyful CPP Brushed Embossing Film (CPP brushed film / Brushed texture CPP film) is made from a single PP material and biaxially stretched, ensuring both stability and detailed tactile feel. Its surface tension is consistently balanced, facilitating ink application and lamination alignment, compatible with flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing. It also supports premium hot foil stamping, allowing the CPP brushed finish film to exhibit more realistic brushed texture layers.
The film itself possesses anti-static, oil and stain resistance, and abrasion resistance, reducing the risk of defects during mass printing/lamination. Catering to the custom needs of CPP brushed film suppliers and brushed CPP lamination film manufacturers, its 80±2μm thickness and >32dyne/cm wettability further contribute to stable lamination performance and high yield output.
