Keyful Cellulose Soft touch Matt Film (CP-ST-M) is an environmentally friendly matte soft-touch film made from renewable wood pulp. It boasts excellent printing compatibility, superior barrier properties, and durability. With stable surface tension, it is suitable for Flexo, Gravure, Offset, screen printing, and UV printing. It also supports high-end hot stamping processes, presenting a high-grade texture. The film material has inherent anti-static and anti-grease properties, with a surface gloss of only 1–2 degrees.
After film winding, the printed colors are vibrant and rich in color gradation. It has a thickness of 25±2 μm, uniform quality, heat-seal strength and heat-sealing window covering a range of 120–160°C. It also exhibits good film-to-film friction and high moisture permeability, compliant with DIN and ASTM standards, making it suitable for high-end environmentally friendly packaging, soft-touch lamination, and customized needs for sustainable printed composite materials.
