Cellulose Single-sided Matt Protective Film is made from renewable wood pulp and boasts environmentally friendly credentials with industrial and home composting certifications. It offers stable surface tension and compatibility with mainstream printing processes such as Flexo, gravure, offset, screen printing, and UV, while also supporting high-end hot stamping for a premium texture. It provides excellent barrier properties against moisture, oxygen, and water vapor, and exhibits anti-static, oil and grease resistance, and superior scratch resistance (withstanding 1000 cycles under a 4-pound load). Featuring a double-sided matte texture, the surface is smooth and free of crystal points, with a matte level of 4-5°, enhancing the visual and tactile experience of finished products. It is suitable for surface packaging and protection of mobile phones, 3C electronics, data cables, and other hardware.
