BOPP Holographic Film – Keyful BOPP-PLSA
•Made from a single-material polypropylene using a biaxial stretching process.
•Printability: Stable surface tension. Compatible with Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing. Supports premium hot foil stamping to deliver a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic.
•High anti-counterfeiting performance: utilizes computer-generated dot matrix engraving, 3D full-color holography, and other technologies to create rainbow dynamic or three-dimensional laser patterns that are difficult to replicate.Excellent barrier properties: resistant to moisture, water, and oxidation, with fold resistance and high gloss.
•Functionality: Inherent anti-static properties and excellent resistance to oils and grease,High-temperature resistant .
•Decorative and visual effects: high surface gloss, capable of presenting metallic, light beam, snowflake, and other dynamic effects to enhance packaging aesthetics and premium feel; decoration can be further enhanced through aluminum coating or lamination processes.
Keyful BOPP-PLSA is not a “sticker-type hologram,” but a structural color functional film formed by laser dot-matrix lithography using single-material PP as a carrier. It upgrades anti-counterfeiting capabilities from “visual recognition” to “physical irreproducibility,” while ensuring 132/235 MN/m² high-strength support for high-end hard box die-cutting, a constant COF of 0.37 suitable for PUR hot-pressing without downtime, and a double-sided >38 dyne/cm to ensure 100% colloid wetting without white edges. We deliver not just a roll of film with optical effects, but a holographic process package—including an optical plate accuracy report, hot-pressing window diagram, die-cutting parameter card, and reliable process certainty with free first-order registration and debugging.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
Keyful BOPP-PLSA utilizes a mono-material PP simultaneous biaxially oriented base film with a thickness of 17±2 μm (DIN 53370). It achieves MD/TD tensile strength of 132/235 MN/m², elongation at break of 192%/43%, and a consistent coefficient of friction of 0.37 (ASTM D1894). It exhibits stable tension response on high-speed laminating machines, preventing cracking or whitening in deep-crease box applications. Its holographic pattern is not printed and superimposed, but rather replicated onto the PP surface via laser dot-matrix lithography, supporting structural color effects such as 3D embossing, rainbow gradients, and dynamic light beams – truly achieving “physical-level anti-counterfeiting.” It can present metallic luster and snowflake-like dynamic reflections without the need for ink layers.
The surface energy is >38 dyne/cm on both sides (GB/T 14216), compatible with water-based adhesives, PUR, and aluminum foil lamination. A high light transmittance of 92.8% (GB/T 2410) ensures accurate reproduction of the underlying colors without distortion. With a temperature resistance of up to 140℃ (short-term hot pressing without collapse), it can be directly integrated with hot stamping/cold stamping/UV spot coating processes. It is one of the few industrial-grade solutions in holographic BOPP lamination film that balances “visual impact, process robustness, and irreversible anti-counterfeiting.”
