Keyful-CP-DS Cellulose Double High Gloss & Clarity Seal Film is derived from renewable wood pulp and boasts environmentally friendly properties with industrial and home composting certifications. The addition of a small amount of PVDC significantly enhances moisture and gas barriers, supporting simpler, lighter packaging structures and helping to extend and maintain the shelf life of agricultural/food and consumer products. Its high strength, excellent toughness, exceptional transparency, and strong tear resistance result in an extremely clear and transparent finished product appearance.
Double-sided heat sealability and resistance to moisture absorption ensure sealing stability. The film has a thickness of 23±2 microns, a unit weight of 35±2 g/m², a tensile strength MD/TD of 56/28 MN/m², an elongation at break of 18/41%, and an elastic modulus MD/TD of >1200/>600 MN/m². The sealing strength is 1.77 g(f)/25mm (135°C, 0.5 seconds, 69kN/m²). It is suitable for single-layer packaging of clothing, vegetables, parts, toys, etc., providing high-end visual appeal and an environmentally friendly solution.
