Uses renewable wood pulp as its base material, providing a matte film layer that is scratch and abrasion resistant, offers excellent barrier properties and is anti-static. It is compatible with mainstream printing and hot stamping processes, and presents a deep and luxurious packaging effect after lamination.

Keyful CP-SAS-M cellulose anti-scratch matte film is made from renewable wood pulp, achieving Eco-Sourcing and possessing industrial and home composting certifications, meeting environmental compliance requirements. Its surface tension is stable, compatible with Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing, and supports high-end hot stamping and electroplating, presenting a premium texture. It has excellent barrier properties (Moisture, Water, Oxygen), and exhibits superior resistance to creasing and gloss.
It possesses inherent antistatic and oil/grease resistance, with exceptional scratch and abrasion resistance (withstanding 1,000 cycles under a 4-pound load). The surface has a matte texture with zero crystal defects. Matte levels are available in 4-5 degrees or 10-12 degrees. After lamination, the product color becomes deeper and more elegant, presenting a high-end, sophisticated final visual effect, suitable for high-end gift boxes, color boxes, handbags, book covers, and outer packaging.
