Keyful BOPLA Anti-Scratch Matt Film -PLA-SAS-M is made from renewable corn-based materials, certified for industrial composting, and combines environmental friendliness with high-end performance. It offers excellent printing compatibility, suitable for flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing, and seamlessly supports advanced processes such as hot stamping, presenting deep colors and luxurious textures.
The surface has a matte finish, free of crystal spots, with matte levels switchable between 4–5 GU or 10–12 GU. It exhibits excellent folding and abrasion resistance, is anti-static, oil and stain resistant, and has a scratch resistance of up to 1,000 cycles under a 4 lbs load. It is suitable for customized applications in paper-plastic composite packaging and high-end labels, enhancing brand visual and tactile experiences.
