dell\u2019espresso italiano. Sigillando il caff\u00e8 macinato all\u2019interno di una singola capsula, ha risolto problemi fondamentali quali la rapida ossidazione e l\u2019elevata difficolt\u00e0 nella preparazione, portando nelle case di tutti ci\u00f2 che un tempo era un privilegio riservato alle caffetterie specializzate.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, questo livello estremo di praticit\u00e0 \u00e8 stato ottenuto a costo di un uso diffuso, all\u2019epoca, di materiali compositi a base di polimeri. All\u2019epoca, l\u2019attenzione era concentrata sulla massimizzazione della freschezza e delle caratteristiche gustative. Oggi, con le capsule di caff\u00e8 entrate in una fase globale di adozione di massa, la sfida si \u00e8 evoluta. Non si tratta pi\u00f9 solo di come preservare l\u2019aroma e il sapore, ma di come mantenere quella stessa qualit\u00e0 sensoriale garantendo al contempo che l\u2019imballaggio possa \u201critornare alla natura\u201d.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Attualmente, i corpi delle capsule di caff\u00e8 pi\u00f9 diffuse sono solitamente realizzati in lega di alluminio 8011 per uso alimentare o in materiali PP ad alta barriera. Nell\u2019ambito dei sistemi di riciclaggio consolidati, queste strutture relativamente monomateriche presentano gi\u00e0 un valore di riciclaggio comparativamente elevato.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, il vero \u201ccolli di bottiglia ambientali\u201d viene spesso trascurato: la pellicola del coperchio di sigillatura delle capsule.<\/p>\n<p>Per garantire le prestazioni richieste durante l\u2019estrazione dell\u2019espresso, tra cui elevata resistenza alla pressione, resistenza al calore ed eccellenti propriet\u00e0 di barriera all\u2019ossigeno, i film di copertura sono solitamente progettati come compositi multistrato complessi, quali le strutture \u201calluminio\/PE\u201d o \u201cPP\/alluminio\u201d. Sebbene queste strutture garantiscano un\u2019esperienza di gusto del caff\u00e8 senza pari, la loro natura \u201ccomposita\u201d rende estremamente difficile la separazione fisica.
