Aujourd'hui, alors que les capsules de caf\u00e9 sont entr\u00e9es dans une phase mondiale d'adoption massive, le d\u00e9fi a \u00e9volu\u00e9. Il ne s'agit plus seulement de pr\u00e9server l'ar\u00f4me et la saveur, mais de maintenir cette m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 sensorielle tout en dotant l'emballage de la capacit\u00e9 de \u201c retourner \u00e0 la nature \u201d.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les coques des capsules de caf\u00e9 courantes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d'un alliage d'aluminium 8011 de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire ou de mat\u00e9riaux en polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) \u00e0 haute barri\u00e8re. Dans le cadre des syst\u00e8mes de recyclage existants, ces structures relativement mono-mat\u00e9riales pr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 une valeur de recyclage relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le v\u00e9ritable \u201c goulot d'\u00e9tranglement environnemental \u201d est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 : le film d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du couvercle de la capsule.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de garantir les performances requises lors de l\u2019extraction de l\u2019expresso, notamment une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la haute pression, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, les films de couvercle sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement con\u00e7us sous forme de composites multicouches complexes, tels que des structures \u201c aluminium\/PE \u201d ou \u201c PP\/aluminium \u201d. Si ces structures garantissent une exp\u00e9rience gustative optimale du caf\u00e9, leur nature \u201c composite \u201d rend leur s\u00e9paration physique extr\u00eamement difficile.
