italiano. Al sellar el caf\u00e9 molido dentro de una c\u00e1psula individual, resolvi\u00f3 problemas clave como la r\u00e1pida oxidaci\u00f3n y la dificultad que entra\u00f1a su preparaci\u00f3n, llevando a los hogares lo que antes era un privilegio exclusivo de las cafeter\u00edas especializadas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, este nivel extremo de comodidad se logr\u00f3 a costa del uso generalizado de materiales compuestos a base de pol\u00edmeros en aquella \u00e9poca. En aquel entonces, la atenci\u00f3n se centraba en maximizar la frescura y el sabor. Hoy en d\u00eda, ahora que las c\u00e1psulas de caf\u00e9 han entrado en una fase global de adopci\u00f3n masiva, el reto ha evolucionado. Ya no se trata solo de c\u00f3mo conservar el aroma y el sabor, sino de c\u00f3mo mantener esa misma calidad sensorial al tiempo que se dota al envase de la capacidad de \u201cvolver a la naturaleza\u201d.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, los cuerpos de las c\u00e1psulas de caf\u00e9 m\u00e1s comunes suelen estar fabricados con aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio 8011 de calidad alimentaria o con materiales de polipropileno (PP) de alta barrera. Dentro de los sistemas de reciclaje establecidos, estas estructuras, compuestas en su mayor parte por un \u00fanico material, ya presentan un valor de reciclaje relativamente alto.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, a menudo se pasa por alto el verdadero \u201ccuello de botella medioambiental\u201d: la pel\u00edcula de la tapa de sellado de la c\u00e1psula.<\/p>\n<p>Para garantizar el rendimiento necesario durante la extracci\u00f3n del espresso \u2014incluida la resistencia a la alta presi\u00f3n, la resistencia al calor y unas excelentes propiedades de barrera al ox\u00edgeno\u2014, los films de las tapas suelen dise\u00f1arse como compuestos multicapa complejos, como las estructuras \u201caluminio\/PE\u201d o \u201cPP\/aluminio\u201d. Si bien estas estructuras garantizan la mejor experiencia de sabor del caf\u00e9, su naturaleza \u201ccompuesta\u201d hace que su separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica resulte extremadamente dif\u00edcil.
