BOPLA high-barrier metallized film is derived from renewable corn and certified for industrial composting, offering an eco-friendly alternative to conventional plastic films. It provides reliable moisture, oxygen, oil, and grease resistance, along with anti-static performance, fold durability, and high gloss. These features make it well suited for premium paper-plastic lamination such as gift boxes, handbags, and book covers, as well as barrier layers in tea, coffee, and food packaging.
Keyful BOPLA High-Barrier Metallized Film – PLA-BM is made from renewable corn-based materials and is certified for industrial compostability, combining environmental sustainability with premium performance. It offers excellent barrier properties, strong moisture resistance, and oxidation resistance, along with outstanding fold strength and a high-gloss surface. The metallized layer significantly enhances gas barrier performance, with an oxygen transmission rate of only 6 cc/m²·d and a water vapor transmission rate of 4 g/m²·d, making it ideal for packaging products that require strict freshness protection, such as tea, coffee, and various foods.
The film also features antistatic properties, oil and stain resistance, and a thickness of 15 ± 2 μm. With stable print compatibility, it supports flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing, as well as hot-stamping and other premium finishing processes. This enables large-scale customized packaging with a high-end appearance and long-lasting freshness protection.
It is suitable for paper-plastic composite packaging, including gift boxes, color boxes, packaging bags, book covers, and outer cartons used in premium packaging applications.
