CPP Water Ripple Film (Embossing) – Keyful CPP-WRF integrates water ripple texture and embossed three-dimensionality into a single-layer CPP structure, offering both stable printing compatibility and a high-end tactile experience. With advantages such as anti-static properties, oil and stain resistance, and abrasion resistance, it significantly enhances the premium quality and presentation of finished packaging. Keyful CPP-WRF CPP water ripple film is made from a single polypropylene material, bi-axially stretched into a film, forming a stable water ripple texture and three-dimensional embossed effect. Its balanced surface tension facilitates color and image presentation after film formation, and it is compatible with Flexo, Gravure, Offset, Screen, and UV printing. It also supports high-quality hot stamping (heat transfer/hot foil) processes, presenting a more refined luster and layering.
This water wave texture CPP film has natural antistatic properties and good resistance to oil stains, grease, and dust. Its excellent abrasion resistance makes it suitable for long-term transportation and repeated handling. The clear and full embossed and textured design allows the ripple effect packaging film to have a more “premium feel,” meeting differentiated packaging appearance needs.
