Keyful PLA-AP combines the stable adhesion and transparent appearance of compostable-compliant BIO-PLA with BOPLA acrylic adhesive film. The uniform coating minimizes wrinkles and particles, reduces bubbles, and resists yellowing, while emphasizing residue-free removal. It is suitable for die-cutting, slitting, and high-volume protection. Targeted at appearance-sensitive applications in 3C, metal, and home appliance industries, it reduces scratches, contamination, and rework, improving delivery consistency and efficiency.
We focus on the research & development, production, manufacturing, and supply of various flexible, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable packaging films, covering BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, PE, and recyclable single-material films, and are committed to meeting the diverse packaging solution needs of the market.
Keyful PLA-AP is a BOPLA acrylic adhesive film based on a BIO-PLA substrate derived from renewable corn and is industrially compostable certified, making it suitable for customers with compliance and delivery requirements. The coating is uniform, free of wrinkles, tears, and particle interference, and is compatible with die-cutting/slitting continuous production.
The transparent acrylic protective film offers high transparency and a clear appearance, and is printable. Adhesion can be customized to meet requirements, featuring bubble-free application, anti-yellowing properties, low rebound, and no adhesive residue transfer. The material and PSA system are stable within the range of -20 to 80°C, which contributes to the consistency of packaging protection.

Applications
Die-cutting industry: protection for electronic screens, plastics, high-end hardware, metals, and home appliance surfaces.
PC/Plastic Panel & Protective Film Lamination Factories: Used with die-cutting and slitting for secondary protection, reducing rework caused by particles and wrinkles.
High-End Hardware & Metal Manufacturing: Used for masking and protection of metal/plastic component surfaces and as a buffer before subsequent mounting, improving batch appearance consistency.
Appliance Panel & Component Packaging Companies: Provides a transparent protective layer during packaging, handling, and warehousing, facilitating inspection and quality control retention.
