BOPLA Single-Sided Matte Protective Film with Double Protection is made from renewable corn-based material and is industrially compostable certified. It offers excellent printability and maintains stable tension under flexographic, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing processes. It easily accommodates high-end processes such as hot-stamping aluminization, achieving a high-end texture.
The single-sided matte surface provides a crystal-spot-free surface with a matte level of 4–5 GU, enhancing the visual depth and feel of the packaging. It features excellent barrier properties, anti-static properties, oil and stain resistance, and scratch resistance (withstanding 1,000 cycles under a 4 lbs load). It also possesses excellent moisture resistance and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for die-cutting applications in 3C, mobile phones, data cables, and other fields, meeting the comprehensive requirements of high-end packaging for transparency, durability, and environmental protection.
