Keyful CP-DMP offers compostable-certified, high-barrier, abrasion-resistant, double matte film, combining stable printability and heat-sealing compatibility. It supports customized thickness and texture, enhances brand image and product durability, and simplifies large-scale batch processing and one-stop customization services.
Keyful CP-DMP bio-based biodegradable double matte protective film uses renewable wood pulp as raw material and has industrial and home composting certifications, making it environmentally friendly and sustainable. The film’s surface tension is stable and compatible with Flexo, gravure, offset, screen, and UV printing. It also supports high-end hot stamping effects for a premium visual appearance. It exhibits significant high barrier performance, with an oxygen transmission rate of only 0.5 cc/m²/day. It is moisture-resistant, oxygen-resistant, resistant to high gloss, and has a scratch-resistant surface.
The double-sided matte texture (4 GU haze, low gloss, and delicate feel) has no crystal points on the surface and excellent abrasion resistance, withstanding 1000 rubs under a 4 lb load. The heat sealing temperature is 120–160°C, the strength is 1.91 g/25mm, the MD tensile strength is 70 MN/m², the TD is 40 MN/m², the MD elongation is 25%, and the TD is 60%. There is significant anisotropy in the MD–TD direction, which facilitates customized composite structure designs. It is suitable for wrapping applications such as mobile phones, 3C digital products, and data cables, and has excellent barrier, abrasion resistance, and surface properties.
